The Products are provided by iPreCheck, which may also be referred to as “iPreCheck,” iPreCheck, LLC,” iPreCheck.com,” “RateAssurance,” “KiaSkore, SuperScore, T for Transparency, LeaseAssurance, or Rate Vision, “we,” “us,” or “ours.” are brand names for the purposes of the Products, websites and services you are utilizing, which, for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, are to be considered synonymous with iPreCheck.
This Privacy Policy describes how iPreCheck will handle the information you provide to us while using iPreCheck, and the website of the Dealer from which you arrived. Accordingly, and by using iPreCheck and its products and services, are you agreeing that you have read this Privacy Policy carefully and agree fully with its terms. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Please check this Privacy Policy each time you use the products, websites, and services to remain up to date on this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to iPreCheck, and its subsidiaries, dbas, and other business affiliates. The Privacy Policy only applies to information we obtain from you, as described herein. It does not apply to any information we collect by any other means.
Collection and Use of Information
Information We Collect -
When you create an account as described in the Terms and Conditions, you will provide us with certain information including your full name, address, email address, and the last four digits of your social security number and/or the full social security number. This information will be shared with TransUnion and its affiliates for the purpose of obtaining certain credit information related to credit and to our general business partners, and affiliates who may utilize your information to provide you with credit offers, as more fully described in the Terms and Conditions. Any usage with TransUnion and our third party business partners and affiliates make of your information is subject to the terms and policies of TransUnion and/or our business partners and affiliates and you may refer to its Terms and Conditions and understand them separately.
We may collect device and browser information automatically so we maybe be able to cross reference the other information we collect, which may include your IP address, browser type, the date and time of your request, location information, and other information generated by your interaction with our website and services.
You authorize your wireless carrier to use or disclose information about your account and your wireless device, if available, to iPrecheck or its service provider for the duration of your business relationship, solely to help them identify you or your wireless device and to prevent fraud.
How do we use your information?
Information You Provide - When you provide information through our Website, we may use it for various purposes, including credit pre-screen, pre-qualification, credit monitoring, communication, and marketing. We may also provide the information to certain select third parties who may provide you with an enhanced shopping experience, financing options related to vehicles, products and services. Based on the nature of your transaction with us, you may provide to us certain personal identifiable consumer information, such as first and last name; home address, billing address, or other physical address; an email address a telephone number (and by doing so you have expressly provided us with authorization to contact you when important and relevant information is available to us for you); a Social Security Number; or certain other information, such as date of birth (collectively, “Personally Identifiable Consumer Information”). In general, we will use the information collected from you for the purpose for which you provided such information. We will not release your Personally Identifiable Consumer Information to third parties except as described above and: (1) as described in this Privacy Policy and in the Terms and Conditions, (2) as necessary for us to process your transaction, or (3) as permitted by law. Our Credit Reporting Business - We may use information you provide to update our consumer credit database. Access to personally identifiable information on this database is limited to: (1) entities with a permissible purpose to receive it, as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”); (2) entities with a permitted use under Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act; (3) companies who resell our data as permitted under law; and (4) companies who process data on our behalf. Access to information on these databases that is made non-personally identifiable may be provided to companies and other entities for research and other purposes.

Our Consumer Business - When you visit our Website, we may ask if you want to sign-up to receive information and promotional offers from iPreCheck and its marketing partners. If you provide your name and email address, we may share that information with one or more third parties in order to administer the program and present such offers to you. In connection with the email registration program, our third party email processor may use action tags (also known as single pixel gif or web beacons) to collect completely anonymous information concerning your use of our site. Such third party administrator is not authorized to use any such information for any other purpose. If you decide to register for emails, you may opt-out of receiving further emails at any time by using the opt-out provision at the bottom of every email. If you accept offers from iPreCheck and its marketing partners, then their respective privacy policies will apply.
Security
When we receive information from you, we will safeguard such information to the extent that we encrypt the transmission of the information. We follow accepted high standards in the industry to protect the information you submit to us. While we cannot guarantee absolute security of electronically held information, we take significant precautions to do so.
