Internal Customer Support Associate

Essential Job Duties:

  • Assist with completing the sales and marketing integration process via back office software and other sources
  • Gather and clarify data integration requirements
  • Effective and expedient completion of projects and tasks
  • Interact with technical staff and end users in design reviews and application implementation
  • Attending meetings and provide notes/minutes and follow-up/follow-through as necessary
  • Comfortable utilizing CRM technology to log customer interaction
  • Build relationships with customers to improve systems and processes
  • Handle high volume of customer contacts via phone and email daily
  • Ability to manage difficult customers while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customer
  • Ability to learn new technologies as needed, working in both group and independent settings

Skills and Abilities:

  • Possession of effective verbal communication skills is a very important prerequisite
  • Strong interpersonal skills ability to work with people with a variety of skill sets
  • Have an in-depth computer skills and above average knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products (Outlook & Word a must)
  • Detail oriented and ability to listen, understand and follow instructions
  • Customer Success Specialist will organize and prioritize assigned tasks to ensure work efficiency
  • Team player: must be able to work with existing staff for the growth of the organization
  • Ability to be flexible and multi-tasking: Doing several things all at the same, efficiently and accurately
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Performance Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Work is generally performed at a desk; however, could involve some lifting of office supplies or files
  • English reading and writing skills required
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality required
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Team player who enjoys working in a smaller casual office atmosphere

The Customer Support Associate will join a team focused on enterprise-wide projects which encompasses providing superior customer service, public relations, and data integration. This is a customer-facing role where the Customer Support Associate will interact with technical and non-technical customers to enhance overall customer experience, specifically in the automotive industry.
